org.jvnet.hudson.plugins:downstream-ext 1.1

This plugin provides extended configuration for downstream builds. Currently, it supports triggering if the build was a failure or to skip triggering downstream jobs which have no SCM changes - in addition to the options provided by the build-in downstream trigger.
