A fork of Silk to be released to Maven Central.

This forkes git://git.assembla.com/silk.git withminimal changes to be able to release it to maven central. The fork will obsolete ones silk publishes to Maven central again, unfortunately there doesn't seem to be much activity at the moment: https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=en#!topic/silk-discussion/zsN2mnqQxG0
