This plugin <b>installs an update center</b> so that jVi,
vi/vim clone, can be installed.
After installing this plugin, from the Plugins Manager

select the "Available Plugins" tab.<br/>
<em>And then you may need to click
"Check for Newest".</em>

From the Editing category select
